Striped Balloon Shaker Birthday Wishes

Had a panel of pink and magenta striped paper leftover from valentines and decided to use it on a card. I cut a large balloon from the center, added acetate and 3M foam tape to the back and turned it into a shaker. Embossed the front of the card base with a heart folder. Added a gold die cut sentiment to the bottom of the balloon and the card was done.
