I had a leftover watercolored background sitting on my desk and decided to use it to make a card. I decided to emboss the panel with the Spellbinders Floral and Fine 3D Embossing Folder and used a sanding block on the raised areas of the embossing to bring out the white core of the cardstock. It was cut down to fit the front of an A2 top folding cardbase and was adhered in place with liquid glue.
I stamped the flower bouquet with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed it gold. Once it was dry it was cut out using the coordinating die. The die was used to cut out some sticky back foam and the two were adhered together by removing the backing paper on the foam.
The sentiment was cut from gold mirror cardstock, and from sticky back foam. I decided to add a little more visual interest to the card and cut a thin gold frame and adhered it to the front of the embossed watercolored background with liquid glue. The flower bouquet and sentiment were then adhered in place with the same adhesive.
