Happy 18th Birthday Owen

I make cards for teenagers in my church congreation. This one is for Owen, who is turning 18 this year. His favorite color is black. I've been told my several youth that they love the shaker cards I give, so this is a balloon shaker card using the two largest dies from the Birch Press Designs Party Balloons. Since this is a big year for Owen I added "18" to one of the smaller balloons.
