I'm not sure what this digital flower arrangement is. They look like Himalayan Poppies to be, which are a turquoise blue color, so that is how I colored them with Copic Markers. I open the image in my Silhouette software and use registration marks to print and cut it. I decided to use this pretty Divine Elegance Rectangle from Spellbinders. It has beautiful details. I backed it with a light turquoise cardstock to let the details in the die really pop.
