Turquoise Blue Let’s Party

I had the leftover turquoise balloon centers from the previous card and decided to use them on this card. I cut the text block three times from heavy weights white cardstock and adhered them together with liquid glue. The balloon centers were paper pieced and adhered with liquid glue as well. I decided to use a thin frame from turquoise cardstock to add some visual interest.
