I recently purchased the Pretty Pink Posh Tuberose Washi Tape and coordinating die. It is a really easy way to make a card. You adhere the washi to a panel of white cardstock and then use the coordinating die to cut it out.
I cut two different panels of the washi tape and was able to get three cards, along with flowers for the envelopes.
This card uses the largest image, along with a couple of additional images to make a fuller bouquet. They were adhered together with liquid glue.
A frame was cut using the Mama Elephant Framed Tags/Artist Mat die. A panel was cut to fit behind the frame and dry embossed with a swiss dot embossing folder. It was adhered to the back of the frame with liquid glue.
The sentiment was stamped with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed gold to the bottom of the frame.
Low loft foam tape was added to the back of the frame and it was adhered to the front of an A2 cardbase.
