I was in the mood for making shaker cards and decided to make one with three different sized balloons. A rectangle of white cardstock was cut down with a stitched rectangle die. The balloon dies were then cut from this panel. Acetated was added to the back of the panel with dotliner adhesive.
Foam strips were added around each balloon, creating individual wells for shaker bits. A mix of purple sequins and two different seed beads were added to the wells. A rectangle of purple and white polka dot paper was cut to be just smaller than the balloon panel. It was adhered to the back by removing the backing on the foam strips. The panel was then adhered to a top folding cardbase with liquid glue.
The sentiment and balloon strings were cut from gold glitter cardstock and adhered in place with liquid glue.
