I had the positive balloon cutout from the previous card and decided to use it to create a card. Cut a couple more smaller balloons from magenta and pink cardstock. Added gold mirror sentiments to each balloon and clustered them together. Added foam tape behind the balloons and adhered them to a scalloped rectangle that was embossed with a heart folder.
