I love the way a pretty die background can really set off a simple image.
For this card I stamped the cake from Simon Says Stamp's Birthday Bash, colored it with Copic Markers, and cut it out with the coordinating dies.
An oval of white cardstock was cut with the pretty braided oval die from Pink Fresh Studio. The cake was laid on top to determine where to stamp the sentiment and then it was adhered in place with foam tape.
A panel of light pink cardstock was cut using a stitched rectangle die. It was adhered to a top folding A2 cardbase with dotliner adhesive. The focal image oval was adhered to the pink panel with foam tape.
