This stamp set from Simon Says Stamp has two beautiful flower bouquets. This image is so large that it will not fit on an A2 cardbase, so I decided to do a slimline card. I rarely make these card, but I think it turned out lovely.
The image was stamped on a half sheet of cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copic Markers. When the coloring was complete a slimline stitched rectangle was used to cut down the image. I decided to add some additional interest and ran the slimline rectangle through a couple of passes with the Stampin' Up Subtle 3D Embossing Folder, which add a lovely linen look to the paper.
A cardbase was made from white cardstock measuring 8-1/2 x 7-1/2" and folded in half. The flower panel was adhered to the front using dotliner adhesive.
I pulled out a previously hot foiled sentiment from my stash and added low loft foam tape to the back. It was adhered in the bottom right of the card. A few sequins were scattered around the top of the flowers and the card was done.
