Red and Yellow Tulips – You Are So Worth Celebrating

I saw a video on YouTube where Joy Baldwin used only the smaller tulip dies to create a beautiful card. Her colors were very pastel, but I love red and yellow tulips and so those are the colors I used. I really like the way it turned out. I nestled them into an arch frame and added the sentiment at the bottom of the arch.
