Rainbow Metallic Balloons Happy Birthday

I had a panel leftover from cutting gold confetti pieces with the mirror cardstock. The panel was adhered to a top folding cardbase with dotliner adhesive.

I went through my mirror cardstock and found a really pretty rainbow and cut two balloons with it. It was also used to cut the balloon strings and the sentiment.

Foam tape was added to the back of the balloons and sentiment and they were adhered in place by removing the backing paper on the foam.
