Rainbow Cupcakes with Twists

I recently purchased a new paper pad from Sunny Studios that has rainbow colored patterned paper. I decided to us the paper as inspiration for a few cards. This card uses the frame leftover from one of my encouragements cards I recently made. I paired it the the Cupcakes with Twists, making the cupcake with chocolate frosting and red cupcake liners.
