Rainbow Birthday Wishes Balloons

I recently purchased a new paper pad from Sunny Studios that has rainbow colored patterned paper. I decided to us the paper as inspiration for a few cards. This card uses the frame leftover from one of my encouragements cards I recently made. I made several balloons using the patterned paper and a couple with leftover red and blue cardstock.
