I had a scrap of the blue alcohol ink background I made for my granddaughter's birthday card and decided to use it to create some candles for this one. Since the candles have shapes cut out of them, I back them with leftover red cardstock. Gold Stickles was used for the flames. A small rectangle was cut from white for the candles, it was adhered to a pretty striped patterned paper, adding a lot of color.
