I really liked the balloon bouquet from the previous card and decided to cut the balloons from different colors of purple cardstock for my friend Dale. A few of the balloon were also cut from gold mirror cardstock. I have a lot of gold mirror confetti sitting in a little container on my desk and used some of the small circles to add interest to a couple of the balloons.
