Pink Balloon Background Let’s Celebrate

I've had the Waffle Flower Balloon Background die for awhile, but recently I purchased the coordinating layering stencils and it is so much easier to color the balloons. I decided to use three different colors of pink. I added a sentiment stamped and embossed white on black cardstock, cut it with the coordinating die and adhered over the balloons with low loft foam tape. To add visual interest, the front of the cardbase was embossed with Simon Says Stamp's Dibble Tile folder.
