I love Art Impressions birthday stamps. They have such great images. I stamped Party Girls with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then colored the image with Copic Markers.
The image was cut down using a pierced chain rectangle die. Black cardstock was added to the back to highlight the pierced dots. The sentiment was stamped below the image and then the panel was adhered to a top folding cardbase with foam tape.
