Party Balloons Birthday Wishes

As I was looking through my patterned paper packs I saw this black and white cardstock from Pink & Main. I cut the balloon outline from white cardstock and adhered it to the black and white stitched rectangle. The inside of the balloons were cut from black cardstock. The sentiment was cut from white cardstock and the secondary sentiment was stamped with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed white.
