Pale Pink Magnolias—A Million Reasons to Celebrate You

This is the last card I created using the Gina K. Designs incentive stamp Thankful Magnolias and the coordinating die.
The image was stamped on white cardstock with Memento London Fog Ink and then colored with pale pink and green Copic Markers. It was then stamped again with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed silver and die cut with the coordinating die.
I didn't have a pale pink cardstock that went well with the Copic Markers so I pulled out Distress Oxide Spun Sugar Ink and ink blended a panel that had been cut out using the Penny Black All-in-One Oval die.
When the ink blended was dry a sentiment was stamped below the oval opening with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed silver.
The die has a beautiful embossed oval frame that goes into the center opening. It was cut three times from heavy weight white cardstock and adhered together with liquid gllue. The flower die cut was tucked behind the oval frame and adhered in place with liquid glue.
The background was adhered directly to a top folding cardbase with liquid glue. The frame was laid in place to determine where to adhered the pale pink center oval. Foam tape was added to the back of the flowers and the frame and focal image was then adhered in place with a combination of foam tape and liquid glue.
I liked the look of adding stickles to the centers of the scalloped embossed circled on my last card that I pulled out silver stickles and added them to each of the scallooped. They were also added to the embossed circles on the frame.
