O-Fish-Ally Over the Hill Underwater Ocean Scene

I had the positive die cuts of the different layers of water sitting on my desk and used them to create a second underwater scene.

A panel of navy cardstock was embossed with the Spellbinders Waves embossing folder and adhered to the front of a landscape cardsbase with dotliner adhesive. The different water layers were adhered together with only glue in the center so that elements could be tucked behind each layer. Before adhering the anchor and turtle a sentiment was stamped with turquoise ink to the lightest layer.

Foam tape was added to the back of the water layers and adhered to the card front by removing the backing paper.
