Noble Deer Kindness Matters

I created handmade cards for our local meals on wheels. The type hey need most is Thank You cards. They have a need for masculine cards, which is always a challenge for me. I decided to do a clean and simple card by stamping an image with Vintage Photo Ink. I've had the Stampin' Up Noble Deer for several years. It was stamped on base weight ivory cardstock. It is a square image so I used an Ellen Hutson Essential Square to cut down the image. I really like these dies because they not only cut the square, but also a thin frame. I used the same die to cut a dark green frame for the image. Darice Sticky Back Foam was added to the back for dimension.

The sentiment was created in Microsoft Word onto the same ivory cardstock and cut down with a Simon Says Stamp Sentiment Label Die and matted onto dark green cardstock and sticky back foam was also added to the back.

A rectangle of Gina K. Designs Base Weight Kraft Cardstock with a stitched rectangle and embossed using the Cuttlebug Oxford Embossing Folder. The rectangle was matted onto dark green cardstock and adhered to a top folding ivory cardbase with dotliner adhesive. The focal image and sentiment were adhered in place with liquid glue.
