I recently purchased the Memory Box Luxe Peony die. I decided to cut it from Sweet Mango cardstock. The leaves were cut from Fresh Asparagus. I didn't like how the flower looked with only the two leaves in the die, so I cut them again and added another leaf behind the upper center of the flower.
The layers of the peony were cut and ink blended to add some dimension and depth. They were then adhered together with a combination of liquid glue and low loft foam squares.
A panel of Sweet Mango cardstock was cut down with a stitched rectangle die and adhered to the front of a top folding cardbase with dotliner adhesive.
A lacey oval die was used to cut our a white oval, which was adhered to the front of the Sweet Mango panel with dotliner adhesive.
The leaves were adhered in place with liquid glue and the flower was adhered in the center with liquid glue as well.
A previously hot foiled sentiment was used. It was adhered underneath the flower with foam squares.
A few gold sequins were scattered around the flower and leaves.
