When I first bought this die from Honey Bee I was very disappointed. It only cut out the outline. You could see the depression of the details of the image, but it didn't cut it out. I made a card earlier coloring it with Copic Markers. It took a long time and I thought I probably wouldn't use it again. Then I discovered there were layering stencils to go with it. What a difference they made.
I stenciled the sky on a separate quarter sheet of cardstock and adhered the scene on top with low loft foam tape.
I pulled out the sentiment from a stash I had previously stamped and die cut and adhered it directly to the scene rectangle with liquid glue.
A sparkling pen was added to the water to give it a little shine. I then decided to add snow to the valleys of the die on the mountain with a white gel pen. Honey Bee Stamps is located in Oregon and the mountain ranges in the Pacific Northwest almost always have snow on the peaks year round.
