It’s Your Day Watercolored Mum and Sunflower

I have a childhood friend that I've remained close too all these years. Her favorite colors are red and yellow, which are complimentary colors and are really pretty together. I saw a card on Pinterest where someone created a card using both the Honey Bee Lovely Layers Mums and Sunflower dies and decided to do the same.

I cut the layers from watercolor cardstock and then used my Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolor pans to color them. They layers were adhered together with liquid glue.

I cut a quarter sheet of Fresh Asparagus cardstock and then added visual interest with the Altenew Dotted Swirls Debossing Die. The leaves, bud, and sunflower were adhered in place with liquid glue. The large mum was adhered in place with foam squares.

I pulled out a previously hot foiled sentiment and adhered it with foam squares as well.
