On one of my previous cards I use a sentiment from the Simon Says Stamp Birthday Balloons stamp set. I have had this stamp set for quite awhile and never used it. So I stamped it with a memento ink, colored it with Copic Markers, and restamped it with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed it gold. The sentiment was also stamped on one of the balloons and heat embossed. The image was cut out using the coordinating die. The die was also used to cut out some sticky back foam. The two were adhered together by removing the backing paper on the foam.
A smaller rectangle was cut out of white cardstock using the Memory Box Matinee Rectangle die. The balloon bouquet was adhered in place with liquid glue.
The largest matinee rectangle was used to cutout some striped patterned paper. It was adhered to the front of an A2 cardbase with dotliner adhesive. The focal image rectangle was then adhered in the center with the same adhesive.
