Hooray: It’s Your Birthday Striped Balloons

I saw on Pinterest some masculine cards that had been made with strips of colored cardstock. I decided to use some scraps of blue and red to create a few cards, pairing them with different elements. This card cuts balloons from the striped background at different angles.
