For this card I used the black border of the Candy Strips die that had been cut for a previous card. It was adhered to top folding cardbase with liquid glue and the white and red stripes were inlaid with liquid glue.
The image was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic Markers. The sentiments were stamped above and below the image and then it was cut down using an Essential Oval die from Spellbinders. The focal image was adhered using foam tape.
