I recently purchased the Concord and 9th Bunch of Balloons package. I decided to use the balloon background on this card, using colorful red and yellow inks. The panel was cut down using a stitched rectangle die and matted to a panel of red cardstock.
The sentiment was stamped with an ombre of the two inks, using a blending brush to smooth the transition between the two colors. It was cut out using the coordinating die and adhered to the balloon panel with foam tape. I decided to add a little more visual interest by adding a three balloon bouquet die to the upper right of the sentiment. A secondary sentiment was stamped on red cardstock, cut out with a flagged sentiment label die, and adhered between the two larger words.
The final embellishment was to add glossy accents to the "High Five" sentiment. The panel was adhered to a top folding cardbase.
