My great grandson turned one on December 11. His name is Arthur and I thought this cute little prince was the perfect image for him. Because all babies love to make noise and sound I created a shaker card.
The image was obtained from Coloring.ws on line. It was pulled into the Silhouette Cameo software and was printed and cut. It was colored with Copic Markers.
The frame for the shaker was cut from some Recollections Foil Paper. Acetate was added to the back and then Altenew Instant Dimension Tape was added to the back. Mikuki seed beads in blue, red, and silver were added to the well. I find it easiest when creating a shaker to cut a panel just smaller than the shaker and adhered it in place by removing the backing paper on the foam tape. This lets me contain the shaker elements and I can then adhere it straight to the card front.
The sentiment was also created in the Silhouette Cameo, printed and cut out. I used Blackbur Medium and Antiqua Caps fonts. The image and the sentiment were adhered with dotliner adhesive.
