Graceful Flowers It’s Your Day Slimline

I purchased the August Simon Says Stamp card kit, mainly because it had this beautiful flower stamp, and I love creating stamps with big beautiful flower sprays.

For this card I stamped the image with black ink on a half sheet of cardstock and colored it with Copic Markers. When the coloring was complete it was cut out using the coordinating die.

This image fits beautifully on a slimline card. I cut a panel of white cardstock using a stitched rectangle slimline die. The image was adhered to the panel with low loft foam tape.

I pulled out a previously hot foiled sentiment on black and adhered it to the bottom right of the image with a combination of foam tape and liquid glue.

I created a cardbase by cutting down a panel of white cardstock 8-1/2" x 7" and scored it at 3-1/2" The scalloped focal image panel was adhered in place with low loft foam tape.

A few gold confetti pieces were scattered around the flowers and the card was done.
