I had another rectangle of the gold and red birthday words patterned paper and cut a balloon front it with the word "birthday" in the center. Another balloon was cut from leftover red cardstock and the word "happy" was cut from mirror cardstock and adhered to the center of the balloon. Using a ruler and a metallic pen lines were added to the balloon for visual interest. Other balloons were cut from red and gold cardstock and adhered into a bunch of balloons and adhered to a rectangle of white cardstock. The word celebrate was cut from gold mirror cardstock and the shadow from red. It was adhered below the balloons.
