This is another great image from Art Impressions. If I were to run with a cake that that I would trip over my own two feet, but it makes a great card.
I wanted to do some paper piecing and went through my patterned paper to fsind something with a small pattern. The image was stamped it with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on both white cardstock and patterned paper. The top was fussy cut out and then adhered over the tamped image with liquid glue and then the rest of the image was colored with Copic Markers. Once coloring was complete it was cut down with a Little Be Frame. The sentiment was stamped at the bottom of the of the image with VersaFine Claire Nocturne Ink and then sticky back foam was added to the back of the image for dimension and adhered to the patterned paper card front.
For embellishments Ranger Glossy Accents was added to the balloons and Nuvo Crystal Drops were added to the frosting on the cake.
