Full Shaker Happy Birthday Balloons for Denise

This card is for my best crafty friend Denise. Her favorite color is green so I decided to make a full shaker card with green balloons on the front. I highlighted the texture on the balloon die cuts with a white gelly roll pen and green Nuvo Crystal Drops. A little shine was added to the "birthday" with a Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Pen.
