Full Shaker Balloons Celebrate Your Day and Make a WIsh

Had some positive balloon die cuts leftover from the previous card and decided to use then on this card. Ink blended color and then stamped and heat embossed the sentiments in white. Added a larger gold glitter balloons. Created a balloon embossed background and made a full shaker card. Balloons were added to the front of the acetate.
