Fringe Flower Background Happy Birthday

I had a few leftover flowers from my previous card and decided to make a background with them. I had to cut a few more to fill the panel.
I cut a quarter sheet of Gina K. Designs Wild Lilac cardstock. Since this was going to be a background I kept the flowers one layer and scattered them around the purple panel, adhering them in place with liquid glue.
I decided to frame the flowers and pulled out the Mama Elephant Madison Avenue Frame Tag die. Foam strips were added to the back. The flower background was cut down to fit behind the frame, which as adhered in place by removing the backing on the foam strips.
White half pearls were for the flower centers.
The sentiment was cut from the same purple cardstock and the shadow from white, three times. Everything was adhered together with liquid glue. The sentiment was then adhered in the upper third of the card front. Having the sentiment from the same colored cardstock as the background make it fade away and blend in too much, so I cut it again from purple cardstock and then used a dark purple ink to color it and then adhered it over the first sentiment with liquid glue. This was much better.
The final embellishment was to scatter purple confetti in the open places on the flower panel. It really like the way it added sparkle and shine.
