French Lilac Happy Birthday

cardtheraphy51

This is another image I had sitting in a drawer. It is a digital image, which is nice because you can make it any size you want. It is important to use a laser jet printer so that the lines don't bleed when coloring with Copic Markers.

Once the coloring was complete the image was cut down using an oval die. The sentiment was stamped below the image with VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink, my favorite black ink for sentiment.

The next larger oval die was used to create a purple mat. Foam tape was added to the back of the focal image, which was then adhered to the purple frame.

The front of an A2 top folding cardbase was dry embossed to add visual interest. The focal image oval was adhered in place with liquid glue.
