Cupcake Banner Happy Birthday

I had some leftover patterned paper cardstock that was too small for a card front, so I decided to create a banner. I added a cupcake die to the center of the banner with foam tape, wrapped some blue and white baker's twine around the banner and adhered it to a kraft rectangle that was matted onto some yellow cardstock.
