Confetti Background Balloons Happy Birthday to You

I had the confetti background leftover from my previous card and decided to put it to good use. I ink blended a rainbow of colors on the front of the confetti panel and adhered it to a top folding A2 cardbase with dotliner adhesive.

I die cut three different sized balloons and ink blended them as well, using to color of the ink used on the background for each balloon. I made sure the largest balloon was the darkest and stamped a sentiment with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed it white. Balloon tails were cut from white cardstock and adhered to the bottom of the balloon with liquid glue.

The balloons were arranged in a grouping I liked and glued together with liquid glue. Low loft foam tape was then added to the back of the balloons and they were adhered to the confetti background my removing the backing paper of the foam and liquid glue on the tails.

The last embellishment was to add clear sparkle pen to the balloons.
