Colorful Rainbow Birthday Bouquet

This die from Papertrey Ink lets you cut the entire balloon bouquet, as well as all the individual balloon shapes. I decided to color them with rainbow Copic Markers. The colorful balloons were adhered in place with liquid glue and the entire bouquet was adhered to a rectangle of white cardstock that had been embossed with the Dibble Tile embossing folder from Simon Says Stamp with foam tape.
