Blue Flower Bouquet Sending Birthday Wishes

My baby sister's birthday is coming up and her favorite color is blue. I stamped the flowers and leaves from the Sam Calcott Flowers and Foliage set with Memento London Fog. I left the images in the MISTI. After coloring them with Copic Markers the images were place back in the MISTI and stamped again with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed gold. They were then cut out using the coordinating dies.

I love the way the Avery Elle Horizontal Stripes die has a pretty circle opening for a focal image. I arranged three of the flowers, and several leaves, adhering them in place with liquid glue. Waffle Flower Foam Strips were used on the back of the stripes and the frame of the cutout. They were also used on the back of the flowers where they overhung the circle opening.

The panel was adhered to a top folding cardbase by removing the backing paper on the foam. A previously hot foiled sentiment was added below the flowers. A few gold confetti pieces were scattered around the bouquet.
