I pulled out the Simon Says Stamp Birthday Bash Stamp and Dies for this card. I also used a new die from Penny Black that cuts an oval from a decorative edge scallop die. The panel was adhered to a top folding cardbase with foam tape. The slice of cake was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copic Markers. It was cutout with the coordinating die and adhered in the center of the oval with a combination of foam tape and liquid blue.
The sentiment was stamped with three different colors of pink ink to add an ombre to the word. It was cutout with the coordinating die and adhered below the oval with foam tape.
