For this balloon background card the image was stamped with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed silver. The balloons and presents were carefully colored with Copic Markers, not letting the tip of the mark touch the heat embossing since it can ruin the tip.
The panel was cut down with a stitched rectangle die. A panel of what cardstock was cut 1/8" larger than the balloon panel. The edges were colored with the blue markers and then adhered to the back of the panel with dotliner adhesive.
The sentiment was cut from white cardstock and Darice Sticky Back Foam. The sentiment was colored with blue markers, using a darker blue at the bottom to help it pop against the background. Low loft foam tape was added to the back and the panel was adhered to a top folding A2 cardbase.
