For the third card using the purple, blue, and green balloon paper a panel was cut in landscape format.
A frame was cut from white cardstock and acetate was added to the back with dotliner adhesive. Strips of foam tape were added to the back of the frame and sequins were added to the mix. The patterened paper was adhered in place by removing the backing paper on the foam strips. The shaker panel was adhered to a landscape A2 cardbase with liquid glue.
The sentiment was cut from blue glitter cardstock and adhered to the front of the acetated with liquid glue and the card was done.
