I was in need of replenishing my masculine birthday cards. I pulled out this background die from Waffle Flower and cut it from white cardstock. Each balloon was colored with Copic Markers in a rainbow of colors.
I decided to add a different sentiment to each balloon and pulled out the Simon Says Stamp Tiny Words Birthday. They were each stamped with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed white. I really like the way it turned out.
The die was cut from sticky back foam and the colored panel was adhered in place by removing the backing paper. The panel was adhered to the front of top folding cardbase with liquid glue and the card was done.
