Yellow Green and Orange Balloons Birthday Wishes Shaker for Jillian

I make two birthday cards for the young women at church, one from me, and one from the bishopric or leaders. This is the second shaker card for Jillian. Cut a large balloon from a white panel and made it into a shaker. Added three more balloons in her favorite colors.
